dress-up prompt # 6

I am so excited to share today my sister, madeline. She does not have a blog yet(hint hint:) so I am posting her photos here. If any of you are in the same boat and you want to participate in this Saturday dress-up prompt please, please email me your photos and I will post them here.
I am sharing a little of what she wrote me because I love what she said

"Like I said on the phone yesterday, your blog- the attached youtube clip, and all the responses you received for dressing up have really made an impact on me and how I see myself. Always a struggle for me, wearing beautiful things! I admire the pieces, the people who have the confidence to 'pull them off', and the beauty that they add to my day by simply sharing them. Why then, do I have such a hang-up wearing them myself?!"

I love that she is going for it!!

another thrift store find for me

If you are playing along this week please leave a link to your blog in the comments.
1.post one to seven photos of your self portrait session wearing something that might be out of your comfort zone(this prompt will be happening here every Saturday)

2. *This is important just share what is comfortable for YOU, maybe it is just a shoe shot or your wrist with some bangles on it, maybe not all seven photos have you in them but instead they might capture the feeling and mood of the photo shoot.

3. Leave your link to your post in the comments.

I SO relate to your sister ! I always see those beautiful things and imagine them for someone else. Beauty and thoughtfulness seem to run in the family!

You´re pretty in pink! :-)
And I wore my pirate-hat to an art-opening yesterday. A real, leather one made to me by one of my former students. It´ll probably come in the local newspapers, as there were newspapers there, and I was one of the people behind the art-installation... I´m sure about how good it looked, but it was very practical in the rain :-)
